Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use Kerviq AI.

1. What we collect

Account details (name, email), the business information you enter, and the data you store in your workspace. AI requests are processed to generate responses and are not used to train models.

2. How your data is used

Only to run your workspace and provide AI assistance. Each business's data is isolated; other businesses cannot see it.

3. Your rights

You can export or delete your account and data at any time from Settings → Data & Privacy.
